We just returned from an album release concert for Tyrus Morgan. Barry played guitar. Seriously, the blessings just kept coming - all I know to do is list them:
1. We got to meet Rob - the guy who runs Just Love Coffee. It's the coffee we sell to raise $$ for our adoption. He was there to share the message of the company... selling coffee bags and giving away coffee for tips.
2. We got to see tons of friends - old and new!
3. I got to watch the kids watching their daddy play guitar on stage - a first outside of church :).
5. During the show, Ty mentions that his coffee's sales will benefit our adoption!
4. After the show, a friend approached me to tell me he knew God wanted him to give us an item (to be revealed later) to sell to raise $ for our adoption.
5. Charlotte wanted to buy a CD from the opening act, Flo Paris... I had $3. Our bestest family friends' dad just gave her the $10 bucks.
6. The above mentioned Rob hands Barry over $100 - the tip $ from the evening for our adoption!
7. The music was AWESOME!!!!!!
8. We've had really great friends for a long time thanks to WellSpring, but we are continuing to make new friends through the adoption connection - love that!
9. The kids are going to bed and I get to spend some time with my old rock star hubby :).
I love love love how you refer to Barry as your "old rock star hubby". Ya'll are a blessing to all of us.
